Team Building Activities of Luoyang Blue Energy Technology Development CO,.LTD.
In order to regulate work pressure and create a passionate, responsible and happy working atmosphere, Group Building Activity was organised on 27th April 2024 by Luoyang Blue Energy Technology Development CO,.Ltd.， The activity specially invited the headmaster of AIDEA Education Ma to participate in the activity, which was officially kicked off at 9:00am on 27th April, aiming at enriching the spare time life of the staff, further strengthening the team cohesion, and enhancing the unity and cooperation ability among the team.
The group building activities were held in the form of teaching and application activities, with a series of wonderful activities such as sitting up, blind man and cane. Employees gave full play to the spirit of teamwork, not afraid of difficulties, and completed one task after another brilliantly. At the end of the activity, the company's reading and punching ceremony was launched, so that the staff's material and spiritual double enhancement.
After the activity, everyone gathered for dinner again, and the joy and excitement were overflowing. This group building activity strengthened the communication and collaboration among the staff, and also let everyone deeply appreciate that the power of a person is limited, the power of a team is indestructible, and the success of the team needs the joint efforts of each of our members.
